Teachers of the Wańkowicz Private High School participated in the teacher-student exchange program. This unique educational experience provided new knowledge and skills, but also a deeper understanding of Romanian, Turkish, and Portuguese cultures and opportunities for international cooperation.

SWOT analysis:

**Strengths:**
- New learning experiences: The exchanges provided participants with new ideas and working methods that they can apply in their classrooms.
- Deeper understanding of non-Polish cultures: Participants had the opportunity to better understand Romanian, Turkish, and Portuguese cultures through direct experience of school visits and participation in local events.
- International cooperation: The exchange made it possible to establish contacts with Romanian, Portuguese, and Lithuanian teachers and international cooperation, which may contribute to further professional development of participants and cooperation between schools.

**Weaknesses:**
- Limited exchange duration: The short duration of the exchange may have limited the opportunity to deepen cooperation and understanding of Romanian culture and education system.
- Language barrier: Possible communication difficulties due to language differences may have limited the effectiveness of the exchange.

**Chances:**
- Application of new work methods: Participants can use the acquired knowledge and experience in practice, introducing new work methods, which can increase student engagement and improve teaching effectiveness.
- Development of international cooperation: The exchange may become an impulse for further cooperation between schools from different countries and for the organization of further international educational projects.

**Threats:**
- Lack of follow-up: There is a risk that participants will not continue to implement new working methods after the exchange, limiting the potential benefits of the experience.
- Difficulties in adapting: Some participants may have difficulties adapting to new working methods and educational culture, which may make it difficult to fully realize the potential of the exchange.
